A:  Kreate Hub is an affordable, quality workspace for emerging artists, makers, technologists, and entrepreneurs

A:  Philadelphia, PA / Bronx, NY / Nashville, TN

Q: What types of spaces does Kreate Hub offer?

A:  We offer artist spaces and coworking space for aspiring creatives and entrepreneurs.

Q: How do I sign up for a Kreate Hub account?

A: Schedule a tour at your desired location, once you pick your perfect space we will set you up with an online application.

Q: Who can rent spaces at Kreate Hub?

A:  Mostly entrepreneurs, small business owners, technologists, artists, and more. However, it may vary by location.

Q: How do I reserve a space at Kreate Hub?

A:  A deposit must be placed on site or via our payment system. That will take the studio off the market.

Q: What amenities are included with a rental at Kreate Hub?

A:  24/7 access, access to lounge, access to gallery (varies depending on location), and all utilities included: Wi-Fi, electric, water.

Q: Can I rent a space at Kreate Hub for a few hours, or do I need to book for a whole day?

A:  No, this is not a coworking space. It is a monthly lease with a 5-month minimum.

Q: What benefits do Kreate Hub members receive?

A:  Access to common areas, use of phone booths, free Wi-Fi, secure 24/7 access, access to gallery booking, participation in community events, and more depending on location.

Q: How do I become a Kreate Hub member?

A:  You will need to fill out an application, have a valid government-issued photo ID, and pay your 1st month’s fee, last month’s fee, and deposit (equal to 1 month’s fee)

Q: What are your membership terms?

A:  All memberships are month-to-month, with a 5-month minimum commitment.

Q: How can I check the availability of spaces at Kreate Hub?

A:  Contact a Kreate Hub Representative or schedule a tour to see what we have available.

Q: How far in advance can I book a space at Kreate Hub?

A:  Once you have paid your deposit, we are able to hold the space for up to a month.

Q: Can I tour a Kreate Hub space before booking?

A:  We do not allow non-members to book our event space, this is an exclusive perk for members.

Q: What is Kreate Hub's booking policy for special events or exhibitions?

A:  This is for members only and varies by location.

Q: What payment methods does Kreate Hub accept?

A:  All payments should be made online via the Rent Redi app

Q: Does Kreate Hub offer refunds or credits for cancellations?

A:  Deposits are non-refundable unless agreement terms are fulfilled.

Q: What is Kreate Hub’s cancellation policy?

A:  We require a 60-day termination notice.

Q: How do I cancel or reschedule a booking at Kreate Hub?

A:  Contact your Kreate Hub Representative if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Q: Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my Kreate Hub booking?

A:  No, deposits are non-refundable.

Q: What happens if Kreate Hub cancels my booking?

A:  We will work with you to reschedule your booking. However, you must let your Kreate Hub Representative know ahead of time.

Q: Can I transfer my Kreate Hub booking to another person?

A:  No.

Q: Does Kreate Hub offer equipment rental?

A:  This varies depending on location; we only offer tables and chairs for member use.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at all Kreate Hub locations?

A:  Yes, WiFi is available in all Kreate Hub locations, and ethernet is available for an additional fee at most.

Q: Are there kitchen or catering facilities at Kreate Hub?

A:  Nashville and Philly have a Kitchen for member use. The Bronx does not.

Q: Can I bring my own equipment and supplies to Kreate Hub?

A:  Yes, your studio is yours to transform.

Q: Can I sub-lease my space to another Creator?

A:  We do not allow subleasing of any kind, hourly or daily rentals, or any third-party use of your space. The space is 100% for personal use ONLY.

Q: What specialized business can you NOT accommodate?

A:  At this time, we cannot accommodate the following:

– Music Production

– Rehearsal Space

– Recording Studios

– Heavy Woodworking

– Nail Technicians

Q: Can I live and work in my workspace?

A:  Absolutely not. These are strictly work-only spaces.

Q: What are Kreate Hub's hours of operation?

A:  24/7 Access for members; Kreate Hub Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9-5pm.

Q: Is the space at Kreate Hub secure?

A:  Yes, we have keyless entry for our members.

Q: Can I leave my work or materials in the space overnight at Kreate Hub?

A:  Yes, you can leave anything you want in your studio. It is private and secure.

Q: What security measures does Kreate Hub have in place to protect my artwork?

A:  We have secure access, so only members and their guests can enter the property unless we are having an event. In addition, we have surveillance cameras throughout the building-inside and out.

Q: How can I connect with other artists at Kreate Hub?

A:  This varies depending on location. Yet we typically have internal and community events where our members can meet each other and network.

Q: Does Kreate Hub host community events or workshops?

A:  Yes.

Q: Can I collaborate with other artists at Kreate Hub?

A:  Yes, we are able to connect you with different artists.

Q: How do I join or start a group project at Kreate Hub?

A:  Contact a Kreate Hub Representative or the artists directly.

Q: Is there a forum or online community for Kreate Hub members?

A:  No.

Q: Can I host an event or exhibition at Kreate Hub?

A:  As a member this is an option, however the exhibitions are curated by the Kreate Hub team.

Q: If yes, what are the costs and policies for hosting events at Kreate Hub?

A:  Events at Kreate Hub are reserved for members only and are free to book. We require a waiver agreement to be signed.

Q: Does Kreate Hub provide event planning or support services?

A:  No.

Q: How do I promote my event at a Kreate Hub location?

A:  We are happy to promote events on social media, by resharing or collaborating. We are also able to share information via email with our members.

Q: Can I invite the public to my event at Kreate Hub?

A:  Yes.

Q: What do I do if I encounter an issue with a Kreate Hub space?

A:  Yes. Staff are in the office Monday-Friday from 9-5 PM.
